The Challenge

A software development operation was running their entire project pipeline across a fragmented stack — proposals in email threads, active development tracked in one tool, deployments managed in another, production monitoring in a third. Every handoff between stages meant data entry, copy-paste, and the constant risk that something fell through the cracks. When a client asked 'where's my project at?', the answer required checking three different systems. The team needed a single platform that could take a project from initial proposal all the way through development, staging, production deployment, and live monitoring — without any context switching.

Our Solution

We built a purpose-built app lifecycle management platform using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, containerized with Docker and hosted on AWS. The platform structures projects into defined lifecycle stages — Proposal → Development → Staging → Production → Maintenance — with status, owner, and milestone tracking at each stage. CI/CD pipeline orchestration handles automated builds and deployments triggered by code changes. Multi-environment management lets teams promote builds from dev to staging to production with a single click, with full environment diff visibility before promotion. Real-time production monitoring dashboards surface errors, uptime metrics, and performance data the moment they occur. Every deployment action is logged with timestamp, author, and change summary for full auditability.
