The Challenge

The client needed a two-sided marketplace where job seekers could build professional profiles and employers could post jobs — with smart search, filtering, and matching tools to surface the most relevant candidates and opportunities for each party. The interface had to be simple enough for both technical and non-technical users.

Our Solution

We built JOBWORTH using Vue.js for an intuitive frontend and Django for the backend. Both employers and job seekers create detailed profiles. AI-powered matching surfaces relevant jobs to candidates and relevant candidates to employers. Advanced search and filtering tools narrow results by skills, location, experience, and salary expectations. Direct messaging connects both parties without leaving the platform.
