The Challenge

A Philippines-based company with high product variety and large sales volume was struggling to maintain optimal inventory levels. Manual tracking led to frequent stockouts that lost sales, and overstocking that tied up capital. They needed a system that could give real-time visibility into stock levels and help management make data-driven purchasing decisions.

Our Solution

We built an enterprise inventory management system using React and Django, with a real-time analytics dashboard at its core. The system tracks stock levels across multiple warehouses, automates low-stock alerts, generates purchase order recommendations, and provides historical analytics on stock movement patterns — all through an interface simple enough for warehouse staff to use without training.
