The appointment module handles scheduling, reminders, and waitlist management, cutting front-desk bottlenecks significantly. Staff management covers shift scheduling, department assignment, role-based access, and headcount reporting. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with audit logging for every record access — satisfying the hospital's government compliance requirements.
