
The Challenge
Pakistani businesses were running payroll in Excel spreadsheets and tracking attendance in notebooks. Tax compliance with FBR Section 149, provincial social security contributions (EOBI, PESSI/SESSI/KPESSI), and bank transfer sheet generation were all done manually — creating audit risk, calculation errors, and weeks of administrative overhead every pay cycle. No existing HR software in Pakistan had these requirements built natively.
Our Solution
We built Peoplifi from the ground up using the ReOps framework — starting with an internal payroll tool for a single client and productising it into a full SaaS platform. The core is a native FBR Section 149 tax engine with rolling monthly recalculation, automatic EOBI and provincial social security calculations, and one-click IBFT bank sheet exports for HBL, MCB, UBL, and Meezan. ZKTeco biometric device integration handles automated attendance syncing across multiple locations. The full platform covers payroll, attendance, leave management, time tracking, performance reviews, and project management — all in one dashboard.
